Nortel just filed for bankruptcy protection

This is been the wind for the last day. This morning, it happened. Nortel filed for bankruptcy protection.

I ran onto this while looking for something else. This guy sounds like an Objectivist, almost, while talking about Global Cooling/Warming (or whatever).

My main concern is a new "Puritanism" from the far left

Given the support of Hollywood for the Democrats, a new "Puritanism" imposed from the left seems bizarre. That is exactly what I am concerned we will see.

Two things that Obama could do

If Obama were interested in overturning invasions of privacy and restrictions on personal freedom, he could have the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the restrictions on sexually-related sites on the internet removed. I doubt that either would happen, but we can hope.
