Some global cooling, anyone?

With my interest in 16th and 17th Century history, I am very aware of the warming that occurred by the late 17th and early 18th Centuries. During the period of the mini-Ice Age, many far north latitude summer and winter storms occurred. This article talks of a coming cooling that will start in a few years. The author is a Russian, of course. They are serious scientists.
