So have they "taken out" alt.binaries.nl?

I checked alt.binaries.nl, and they are down. Are they the latest casualty of the anti-free speech move in Europe and elsewhere? Anything that gives uncensored access to the Internet seems to be a target. They apparently took out Wikileaks.org recently. They only want you to see what they want, and nothing else. Since alt.binaries.nl is a newsgroup binary search, are the censors moving against the Usenet?
